01. Payment

While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:
Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank/s", or
Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or decline of the transaction for any other reason/s. 

All payments made against the purchases/services on the Website by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Website will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Website.

Before shipping / delivering your order to you, Seller may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online shopping environment to Our Users.

02. Returns

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. Kindly check the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.
Lifestyle: Clothing (excluding Lingerie, Innerwear, Socks and Freebies). You may request for a refund /replacement within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact.
